How we protect you
Submissions are anonymous — we never publish employer names or personal details, only aggregated pay ranges. Talking about pay with coworkers is protected under U.S. labor law (NLRA Section 7).
Public baseline figures come from the BLS Occupational Employment & Wage Statistics. Community figures come from anonymous worker submissions.
